The OnRamp to OCAP passed its JSR Approval Ballot on May 3, 2004 and was labeled as “JSR 242” by the Java Community Process.

JSR 242 was moved to Early Draft Review status in the JCP on October 1, 2004.

JSR 242 was moved to Public Review status in the JCP on April 22, 2005.

JSR 242 passed its JSR Public Review Ballot on May 23, 2005.

JSR 242 was moved to Proposed Final Draft status in the JCP on August 22, 2005.
